TMJ Treatment
A dental splint (also called a night guard or mouthguard) is a custom-made appliance worn over your teeth to protect them from grinding (bruxism) and clenching. It acts as a barrier to prevent tooth wear, fractures, and jaw strain.
Teeth grinding can cause serious damage over time, including worn enamel, cracked teeth, jaw pain, and headaches. A custom dental splint helps protect your teeth and reduces pressure on your jaw muscles and joints.
